Bellatrix was quite bored at the gala. She should've expected it to mainly consist of bureaucratic discussions and inferiors trying to outdo each other in appearance and etiquette. Of course, the increased security made it arduous for her to find some kind of trouble to cause. Maybe she should've taken more notes from Narcissa when it came to the socialite game.

After some moment of deliberation, she returned to the event hall with a wicked smile on her face. If nothing else, she could always play mind games. Hm, what could she use to act as a damsel?

"Oh, help me, somebody! I believe I lost my purse!"

Cissy was waiting to see if she could find Ephrem but so far nothing yet, Cissy didn't want to make it look obvious when it came to searching for the man she was madly in love with but also making it look like she was trying to enjoy this evening on the boat.

When Cissy heard the familiar voice that was her older sister Bella, she rolled her eyes before walking up behind her. "Since when do you carry purses?" Cissy asked.

Why didn't Cissy just go with what she was saying? Merlin! Bellatrix turned at once to her younger sister and grinned widely.

"You know, I bring one for special occasions," she gritted between her teeth hoping her sister would get the hint. "I'm trying to stir trouble." She'd formulate the full plan once the right type of victim fell into her trap.

Cissy couldn't help but roll her eyes and just nod, she knew her sister was having her fair share of fun but she didn't think her sister would actually make it public knowledge.

"Well hopefully you find your purse before the less fortunate find it first, then that would be horrible since you'd have nothing left in said purse" Cissy responded.

"I know, those poor souls stuck with nothing of value. Just like their lives..."

It was unfortunate that she had to be careful about what kind of trouble that'd cause.

"Now I have to think of a Plan B as you managed to disturb my train of thought!"

Bellatrix clenched her fists in frustration; winging it wasn't the greatest thing to do.

"Well no one can be like us, rich and from a powerful family, but I do understand what you mean darling sister" Cissy replied to her.

"Oh, like you cannot think of something off the top of your head? You're the Queen of Mischief Bella, use it to your advantage. Plus a lot of people here are either drunk or gullible" Cissy continued.

That was true. Most pureblood families in Britain didn't match the Black standard of class. It was a shame that it was being tainted by the likes of Sirius and, potentially, Regulus...

"Have you noticed how much security they have in this room, Cissy? I'm not going to jail for this!"

The Black family were well respected in the wizarding world when it came to the dark side, her Aunt was not happy with those who decided to stray and knew she was on her last leg with Sirius.

"Since when do you care about prison? Plus the security here looks kind of dull and they don't look like they care much. Hell did you see how many people came to your aid when you said your purse was missing? Oh that's right no one came over but me" she clarified.

Since when did she care about prison? Wasn't it obvious? She wasn't going to let herself be put away when she was one of Voldemort's greatest followers! It'd be pathetic if she ended up in Azkaban now, especially while she had her looks.

"That's not helping! Maybe I should make my dress tighter..."

If she can't cause trouble, Bellatrix might as well get something else from this drag of a gala.

"After all, who could resist me?"

Cissy loved when her sister got bent out of shape, Cissy also loved pushing those small buttons when it came to Bella. She did it out of love that was for sure. "Relax sister, if your dress gets any tighter Dolph will be fighting those who dare stare" she winked her way.

And that right there proved her point.

"Who gives a rat's arse what he thinks?" She only married him because it was the expectation; Bellatrix wasn't going to be the perpetrator for shame enveloping the Black family. In fact, she wanted all of the disappointment and ridicule to solely involve Sirius. He needed to be excommunicated before he'd tarnish the family name further. "As long as all of Britain acknowledges my beauty, I will be satisfied."

"Well it is your marriage Bella but you're right about expectation. There are times I kind of wish I was born a boy so that expectation would mean shit" Cissy said to her sister. Cissy couldn't even marry Ephrem because of her betrothal to Lucius. "Anyone who doesn't acknowledge your beauty is pathetic" her sister was a beauty for sure, they all were.

"Yeah, men have it easy. They're allowed to have affairs!" Nothing said she couldn't, it just wasn't as socially acceptable. Who would she cheat with? The pickings were slim as most men were either already paired off or inferior. Women were for fun only. It was tough being as stunning as Bellatrix! "If we turn them into toads, they'll have no choice but to worship me."

"That's what I don't understand, if we woman decide to have affairs we're considered harlots but when they do it its okay because they're men. Kind of pathetic" she said with a sigh. Narcissa knew that her affair had to remain a secret.

"Make sure to do it without the attention of the Aurors" she half teased knowing her sister had a short fuse.

It was disgusting to her how the men were allowed to run around and pump any woman they pleased. If they were to ever have a child, she would have to make sure it wasn't through some other woman. There was no way she'd let him tarnish the Black reputation with illegitimate children, especially not with her beauty.

"They can't do anything if everyone turns into toads..."

That would require a quick trip to an apothecary. Palm pressed to temple, Bellatrix contemplated if that would be worth doing. It would eventually need reversed if it doesn't wear out on its own.

There was also that, her sister was definitely the right amount of crazy, something that Narcissa wished was that she could have the same attitude her older sister had. Sometimes Cissy felt like she was a mute when it came to getting and fighting for the things she wanted.

"Or you can just do that" Cissy responded, just imagine an entire boat just turning into toads.

"If I'm going to turn this whole ship into toads, I'll need to get some supplies." There was a hint of annoyance as she spoke, but Bellatrix had reached a point of desperation. What was benign enough to not get her arrested while also infuriating everybody else? She couldn't leave Voldemort's side this soon! "I will see you soon, Cissy."

And with that, she popped out of the ship. Apparently, they didn't ward against apparating OUT.
