Kane was adopted by Angelica and Francis Ordore, they were not able to have children of their own and opted to adopt and give a child a better life then they were living. Kane was adopted when he was two years old, all that he knows of his biological parents is that his father was a bad guy and his mother was an adult worker and was a client of his father before becoming pregnant. Kane in the beginning had been upset that he was adopted but when he realized the reason and really thought about how his life would have turned out if his mother had decided to raise him, he wouldn't most likely be in the world today. He owes it all to his real parents who opened their doors to him and loved him like he was their son and he was! Kane was their son and refused to believe anything else.

Kane found out he had powers when he was six and things began to happen, in the beginning he was freaked out but he eventually got used to the idea along with his parents, good thing too since he was not going to be able to handle this on his own. When Kane was eleven he had received his letter from Hogwarts, a school he never knew existed until then. His parents were so proud that they had celebrated him getting into a school for those like him. From the beginning his parents had been supportive and he loved them everyday for it.

Kane had been sorted into Ravenclaw where he had met his fellow bandmates, when he was a child he loved music and when he found those who shared in his passion he took full advantage of it. They had formed a band and they even were well known at one point but as quick as the band grew was as quick as the flame died out. After the band had broken up Kane was walking home one night where he was attacked late at night by a werewolf, Kane should have known that it was a full moon and walked right into a trap, as he laid there bloody and trying to fight for his life he had been discovered by his former band mate and friend Irvine. He had been taken to the hospital but of course it had already been too late, he survived the attack but he now had a price to pay, he became a werewolf.
