Echo is the younger sister of Xeno Lovegood and the first born daughter of her parents. Before her mother died Echo was given the role as big sister to her little brother and was made a half-sister when her father remarried a muggle woman and had two more children. Echo doesn't care that she is not the baby anymore it just leaves room for her to be able to experience life for herself without having all the eyes on her. Echo is a fan of art and music and finds herself falling in deep with her passion that sometimes she forgets where she is and what she is supposed to do.

When she got her acceptance letter into Hogwarts she had been thrilled, after her mother had died when she was just four years old her father moved her and her siblings to England for a fresh start and that's what they all got. After arriving to Hogwarts she didn't find it hard to make friends, Echo is a spiritual person and somehow she is able to get people to befriend her with just one little word. Doesn't really matter to her she loves her friends and family and even though the school has its moments of cruelness she still tries to see a positive outcome.

When Echo was fifteen she had her first boyfriend, she loved him with all her heart and he did her, it was a match made in heaven in her eyes but it didn't last forever like she had hoped. During the summer before their sixth year he had died from a vampire attack, it had broke her heart more then anything. She loved him and he had been taken from her, Echo in the beginning didn't eat but after realizing that she deserved to live and carry on even if it broke her it was what he would want. Echo is currently in her seventh year and has not found anyone remotely close to her long lost love.
